There are no accounts here and no customer database. We collect the minimum needed to sell you a print, send you a newsletter if you opt in, and understand how the site is used through basic analytics. We don't sell your information, share it for advertising, profile you, or send marketing email you didn't ask for.
mnmltheory ("we," "us") is a sole proprietorship operated by Bruno Perotto from San Francisco, California. This policy covers mnmltheory.com. Privacy questions: hello@mnmltheory.com.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. It sets first-party cookies and collects your IP address and basic device and browser information for that purpose. We run it in a basic mode with Google's advertising and cross-site features turned off, so it isn't used to build ad profiles or track you across other websites, and Google processes this data as described in Google's own privacy policy. Aside from Google Analytics we don't set cookies, run ad trackers, or fingerprint you, and Stripe may use cookies on its own checkout pages. We don't sell or share personal information for advertising, so Global Privacy Control signals have nothing to act on here. To opt out of Google Analytics entirely, install Google's opt-out browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout) or block analytics in your browser's settings.
A short list: Stripe (payments and order records), Resend (our email service, which sends your order confirmation, delivers order notifications to us, and holds the newsletter list), Google Analytics (site-usage measurement), Vercel (hosting), and our email inbox (order notifications and anything you email us). The font and code services described in section 3 only see your IP address when your browser loads their files. Each of these services operates under its own privacy policy. We operate from the United States, and your information is processed there, including when you order from outside the United States.
Order records stay in Stripe and in our order notification emails for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Your newsletter email stays until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We keep emails you send us only as long as we need them.
Email hello@mnmltheory.com to ask what information we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We'll respond within 30 days. We'll delete what we can, like your newsletter subscription, and we'll tell you plainly when something has to be kept, like order and payment records we're required to retain for accounting and tax purposes. These rights are available to everyone, California residents included, and no special form is needed.
Payment runs entirely on Stripe. The site is served over HTTPS.
The site isn't directed at children, and you must be 18 or older to make a purchase. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we'll delete it.
If this policy changes in any meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top. The current version always lives on this page.
